基于气动测量原理的零件自动选配系统

摘要 本文阐述了实现高精度、宽测量范围、基于气动测量原理的压缩机自动选配系统的工作原理和主要设计方法,介绍了用于提高零件测量精度、扩展气动测量范围和实现智能测量的建立在软硬件基础上的自校准三次测量法、增益可编程控制测量放大器和非线性修正技术的工作原理,给出了部分软件的流程图,并对误差修正前后的测量系统的精度进行分析,用试验进行验证。 The operating principles and the major design method of the eompresser automatic apolegamic system which is based on the pneumatic measurement principle is discussed. The working principle of the self-calibrated thrice measurement and the measttring amplifier and the nonlinear modifying technique are introduced, which is based on the software and hardware to expend the measuring range and to realize intelligent measurement. The part of the software s flow chart are presented. The measuring accuracy of the system before and after the error modifying is analyzed and is validated by the experiments.
