摘要 同医生操作比较,机器人具有精度高、不会疲劳等优点,结合医学影像、计算机和机器人技术的机器人辅助手术系统是当前国内外的研究热点。介绍了无框架神经外科立体定向术辅助外科手术系统的系统结构,综合分析了系统设计、操作过程中保证操作安全、改善使用性能方面的一些新方法,如基于数字医学图像传输标准的数据获取、结合虚拟现实的手术规划、主被动结合的手术器械支架以及将机器人运动框架模型融合在现场视频用于远程手术等技术,经临床验证有效可行。 Along with the development of computer and medical image techniques, robot has been introduced into surgical area and produced great social and commercial benefits. This paper introduces some methods used in robot assistant tele- neurosurgery system to ensure the system safety and upgrade it's manipulation performance, such as virtual reality surgery plan based on DICOM format image files, surgeon driven instruments platform design and robot frame model motion simulation fund in live videos.
