摘要
合成了一种草酰胺单核Cu(Ⅱ)配合物,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析等手段对其进行表征。以分子氧为氧源,研究了其与NHPI协同催化氧化甲苯的性能,考察了温度、时间、氧压力等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为80℃,反应时间为10 h,氧压力为0.5 MPa时,甲苯的转化率和苯甲酸的产率分别达到84.1%和76.8%。与传统的甲苯催化氧化体系相比,甲苯的转化率和苯甲酸的产率均有了较大的提高。该催化体系具有反应条件温和、选择性高等优点。
An oxamide mononuclear Copper( Ⅱ ) complex was synthesized and characterized by IR, H NMR and elemental analysis. The catalytic activity of the complex combined with NHPI in the toluene oxidation by oxygen molecule has been studied. The influence of reaction temperature, time and oxygen pressure on the oxidation have been determined, and good results were obtained. It was suggested that when the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, reaction lime 10 h,and the pressure of the oxygen 0.5 MPa,the conversion of toluene and the yield of benzoic acid reached 84.1% and 76.8%, respectively. Compared with conventional catalytic system, they all improved markedly. Using this catalytic system, the oxidation reactions proceed under mild conditions and give both high conversions and selectivity.
