白术生地颗粒对慢通过型便秘的作用及神经递质变化的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨白术生地颗粒治疗慢通过型便秘模型动物后肌间神经丛的P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)神经递质的表达及意义。方法制作慢通过型便秘大鼠模型,使用白术生地颗粒进行实验干预,观察分析不透X线标记物胃肠通过时间,检查大便颗粒及重量变化。并采用免疫组化S—P法对其近端结肠、远端结肠肌间神经丛的SP、VIP递质进行检测。结果干预组排便粒数较模型组、自然恢复组明显增加。干预组大鼠不同节段肠肌间神经丛递质的表达,与自然恢复组比较。SP近端结肠增加,远端结肠无显著性差异;VIP近端结肠降低,远端结肠增加:与模型持续组比较,VIP近端结肠降低,远端结肠增加;近端结肠及远端结肠SP皆增加。结论白术生地颗粒可增加慢通过型便秘动物模型结肠黏膜下VIP、SP神经递质含量,对结肠蠕动有调节作用,对改善收缩波远端的肠段平滑肌舒张,近端肠段平滑肌维持收缩的协调性有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of VIP and SP nerves in the pathogenesis of slow transit constipation. Methods Slow transit constipation models of rat was established. Giving the Baizhu- shengdi granule to rat, GITT and stool were observed, the expression of VIP and SP nerves in colon myenteric nerve plexus were observed too by using S-P immunohistochemical. Results The number of stool of therapeutic group is more than that of model group and resume group. The expression of SP is higher in nearby colon (therapeutic group and resume group), VIP in nearby colon is lower but higher in far colon. The expression of VIP in nearby colon is lower but higher in far colon. SP is higher in nearby colon and far colon (therapeutic group and model group). The expression of VIP in nearby colon is higher and lower in far colon. SP is higher in nearby colon and far colon (model group and normal group). Conclusions The changes of VIP and SP are the most important mechanism of treating slow transit constipation after giving the Baizhu-shengdi granule.
