张双楼副井冻结法穿过膨胀性厚黏土层施工技术

摘要 介绍了张双楼矿副井冻结和施工穿过膨胀性厚黏土层所采取的安全技术措施、施工方法、厚黏土层掘砌问题及处理措施。提出了冻结法穿过膨胀性厚黏土层应注意的问题是:提高制冷能力、加速井中冻实;缩短井壁段高,减小暴露时间;检测盐水温度,确保冻结正常;提高外壁强度,增强抵抗能力;综合分析资料,合理确定方案。 The paper introduced the safety technology measures, construction methods, thick clay excavation issues and treatment for the mine auxiliary shaft freezing and sinking through swelling thick clay layer in Zhangshuanglou Mine. The paper provided the issues for freezing method passed through swelling thick clay layer: to improve the refrigeration capacity, to firmly freeze the ground in the shaft, to reduce the section height of operation, to reduce the exposed time, to check the salt water temperature, to keep a normal freezing, to improve the strength of the outer wall, to improve anti capacity, to analyze the information and rationally set the alternative.
