Water prevention and control technology with grouting for base rock section of East ventilation shaft in Qidong Mine

祁东煤矿东风井井筒基岩段穿过2层中粒砂岩含水层,其中第一含水层处于有效冻结范围内,对第二含水层采用工作面预注浆法进行施工,通过提高止浆垫混凝土标号、合理选择钻注顺序和浆液浓度、提高注浆压力、调整注浆段高划分等措施,缩短了注浆工期,确保了注浆效果。

The base rock section of East Ventilation Shaft in Qidong Mine passed through 2 medium particle sandstone aquifers. The first aquifer was in the section of the ground freezing area and the second aquifer would be sunk through with the pregrounting at the face. With the higher quality concrete for the grouting cover, the rational drilling program and the grouting density, the higher grouting pressure, the adjustment of grouting section height and other measures, the grouting operation period was reduced and the grouting results was ensured.
