助熔剂对煤灰熔融性影响的研究 被引量:22

摘要 对添加不同比例Fe2O3,CaO和MgO助熔剂的某种煤灰熔融特性及其在高温下的矿物质特性进行试验研究,用X射线衍射分析不同温度下的煤灰矿物组成变化。试验结果表明,在弱还原性气氛下,3种助熔剂均可有效降低煤灰熔融特性温度,高温下煤灰中矿物质与助熔剂发生反应,生成低温共熔物从而降低煤灰熔融温度,这与三元系统相图的验证结果一致。 A test research was conducted on an ash fusion features with different percentage of Fe203, CaO and MgO fluxes and the mineral features under high temperature. The content variation of ash mineral under different temperatures were analyzed with X ray diffraction. The test results showed that under the weak reduction atmosphere, three fluxes all can effectively reduce the feature temperature of ash fusion. Under high temperature, the mineral of the ash would have a reaction with the flux and would have a low temperature congruent melting mass, which could reduce the ash fusion temperature. Those are the same to the result of the three element system.
