流态化风水联合冷渣器冷态空气流场数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 循环流化床锅炉排渣用风水联合冷渣器内的供风流动特性对于冷渣器能否正常排渣具有至关重要的作用。依据冷态试验台试验数据,采用数值模拟计算方法,综合分析、对比、总结了风水联合冷渣器内空气流场的速度、压力等参数的分布及变化规律。结果表明,数值模拟计算结果与试验测量值符合很好,准确地模拟了冷渣器内空气速度场的分布情况。同时也给出了冷渣器内流场的速度矢量分布、速度大小分布及压力分布规律,并对流场内的空气流动特性进行了分析。 Characteristics of the flow field in the slag cooler of circulating fluidized beds influence greatly on the flux of discharged ash, it presents parameters of velocity and pressure in a wind water combined slag cooler with method of numerical simulation, and compares to the experimental results for the slag cooler. Good agreements are observed between computation and experiment . ~ This paper presents correctly the air flow filed in the slag cooler, and pi'esents the vectorgraph of velocity, magnitude distribution of velocity and distribution of pressure in the flow field at the same time, and analyses the characteristics of the air flow field.
