可逆式催化燃烧器处理VOCs的方法研究

摘要 可逆式催化燃烧器的优点在于固定床反应热量的可逆式传递,可以利用的热量比传统的热交换器大得多,这就使可逆式催化燃烧器的资金投入和运行费用要低得多,具有最高的热回收利用率和更为灵活的操作性。由于可逆式催化燃烧反应器的特殊结构,使其具有更低的反应温度,这就可以使用比较便宜的材料而不用价格昂贵的耐高温材料,从而节约了成本。 The technological strength of the reverse-flow oxidation catalyst reactor results from the regenerative (direct-contact) heat transfer rates of its fixed beds; these are an order of magnitude greater than those of classical (recuperative) heat exchangers. This leads to lower capital and operating costs, maximum heat recovery efficiency and operating flexibility. As a result of its catalytic reaction mode, the reverse-flow oxidation catalyst reactor also benefits from lower operating temperatures, which reduces the requirements for expensive materials capable of withstanding high temperatures.
