摘要
以一个实际反应器的设计方案为对象,对烟气中反应物的浓度分布不均匀对SCR脱硝性能影响进行了模拟分析。假设烟气中NOx分布均匀,氨分布不均匀,并假定氨氮摩尔比的空间分布是一个遵循均匀分布的随机变量。模拟计算结果表明,烟气中氨的分布的不均匀性对脱硝装置的脱硝效率和氨逃逸有显著影响。平均脱硝效率随氨氮摩尔比相对偏差的增大而减少,平均氨逃逸随氨氮摩尔比偏差的增大而增加,氨氮摩尔比相对偏差小于10%时,平均脱硝效率和平均氨逃逸与设计值的偏离不太大。
With a design scheme of DeNOx reactor the impact of the non-uniformity of reagents in flue gas on performance of DeNOx system is simulated. The uniformity of NOx and non-uniformity of NH3 are assumed and NH3/NOx molar ratio is treated as a random variable with Uniform Distribution Function in simulation. The results show that the non-uniformity of ammonia in flue gas has a remarkable effect on the efficiency and ammonia slip of DeNOx system. Average DeNOx efficiency decreases and average ammonia slip increases when the relative derivation of NH3/NOx molar ratio. The deflections of average DeNOx efficiency and average ammonia slip with their design values are not distinguishing when the derivation of NH3/NOx molar ratio is less than 10%.
