摘要
阐述了基于Pro/E、ADAMS和ANSYS的齿轮减速器一体化开发平台的建造过程.建立了齿轮设计的最优化数学模型,设计了算法并编辑了优化程序;对Pro/E进行二次开发,实现了齿轮的参数化最优化建模;利用ADAMS进行运动学仿真,利用ANSYS进行有限元分析,形成了齿轮的闭环设计.整合了以上3个软件后所建立的虚拟样机环境,不仅建立了单个轮齿的柔性体模型,而且可以仿真计算出减速器的运动学、动力学和应力应变等参数.
The building progress of the integrated design system was proposed using Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS software based on the theory of dynamics of multi-body system to resolve the engineering problems about gear speed reducer. Building model of optimum design of gear, and developing optimum algorithm program, gear was automatically modeled by Pro/E. Virtual prototype based on the three software can be used as kinematics and dynamic simulation. The flexible model of the single tooth of gear can be analyzed.
