The Communication Model Design and Evaluation Based on Web-MMS for Shop Floor Automation

摘要 在分析MMS以及Web服务技术的基础上,提出了车间控制系统的通信模型设计方法,构建了基于Web服务遵循MMS标准的车间控制系统通信模型.为了使车间控制通信系统具有实用性和可靠性等特点,进行了基于Web-MMS的通信模型的Petri网动态行为分析.在此基础上,进行了车间控制的通信原型系统的设计,并进行了通信模型的性能评价.分析结果表明,基于Web-MMS的通信模型设计方法是有效可行的. Based on descriptions of the manufacturing message specification (MMS) technology and the Web services technology, a design approach of communication models was presented for shop floor control systems. A Web services-based communication model, so-called a Web-MMS-based communication model, was built by following MMS standards. To make a shop floor control communication system have the characteristics of practicability, reliability, etc., dynamic behaviors of the Web-MMS-based communication model were analyzed with Petri nets. A prototype of shop floor control communication systems was designed. Finally, the performances of the communication model were evaluated. The results indicate that the proposed Web-MMS-based communication model is feasible and valid for shop floor automation.
