摘要
基于芽殖酵母细胞形态的特征,提出了毕氏酵母甘油流加发酵过程的细胞循环模型.模型的输入为比生长速率,由宏观动力学模型得到.通过细胞循环模型,求得与细胞循环过程相关的变量,如细胞带芽分率和细胞数目浓度.实验验证了模型的有效性.
Based on the morphological characteristics of budding yeast, a cell cycle model during the P. pastoris fed-batch cultivation was proposed. The input of the cell cycle model is the specific growth rate, which is obtained from the kinetic model proposed earlier. With the cell cycle model, the cell cycle related variables, such as fraction of budding cells (FBC) and cell number density, can be simulated. Model validation is then carried out with experimental data.
