摘要
以手机电池扣为例,设计了一套具有对称抽芯机构的注塑模具,阐述了UGMoldwizard自动设计注塑模具的过程和要点,以及其之于传统设计的优势所在。介绍了模具材料的选择,以及模具制造方法的要点因素。
Taking the battery buckle of mobile phone as an example, a kind of injection mould with two syrametrical sides is introduced. Moreover, this paper describes the process and key -points of auto -design for the mould based on UG MoldWizard, and presents its comparative advantages to traditional designs. Materials chosen for different forming parts and the main manufacturing method for the mould are also introduced.
