摘要
1/4λ波片是光纤通讯中的关键元件之一,通过对1/4λ波片的设计与工艺的研究,在理论分析和工艺试验的基础上,优选晶体材料,精心设计波片光学几何尺寸,优化加工工艺,实现对波片厚度和光洁度的有效控制,研制出了光纤通信用性能合格的器件。
1/4λ wave piece is one the most significant element in the application of optical fiber communication. Based on the principle of 1/4λ wave piece design and the research of the technological process,considering the theory and the practice, crystal materical are selected at last. By optimising technological process and geometric size,effective control of the wave piece thickad and polish are realized. Qualified appliance of optical fiber communication are finally manufactured.
