摘要本文从供应链整体角度思考,定量研究逆向物流中直接再利用产品对供应链牛鞭效应的影响。研究结论表明,逆向物流管理不仅能够削弱供应链中的牛鞭效应,而且这种削弱作用会随着产品回收率的提高而增强;当供应链中牛鞭效应的负作用增大时,逆向物流管理对牛鞭效应的削弱作用也会相应增强,以尽可能地降低对供应链整体性能的负面影响。 Considering the whole supply chain, a quantitative model is represented to discuss the impact of reverse logistics management for direct reuse productions on the bullwhip effect in supply chains in this paper. Our conclusions prove that reverse logistics management is do to help restraining the bullwhip effect in supply chains, when the rate of return is large the weakening degree can be great; and it also illuminate that if the bullwhip is magnifying, the lowering function of reverse logistics management is intensifying simultaneously to lessen the negative effect on the performance of supply chains.
