通过分析大豆连作障碍因子对大豆生长和品质的影响,阐明目前连作障碍因素对大豆影响研究中存在的问题,提出研究连作障碍因素对大豆根瘤形成、生长发育和固氮功能的影响是未来大豆连作障碍研究中亟待解决的问题,并指明研究的具体内容和拟要达到研究目标。

Questions in furore research were raised by analysing continuous cropping effects on soybean growth and quality. It is the most important issue to be solved in how continuous cropping obstruction affected nodule formation, development and nitrogen fixation in soybean in the future. At the same time, the outline and aim were put forward for further research.
