摘要
[目的]旨在了解住院病人对医疗服务的满意状况,为不断提高医院的医疗服务质量提供客观的参考资料,促进医疗服务领域的有序健康发展。[方法]采用问卷调查方式,对成都市5个城区14家医院的560名住院病人进行问卷调查。[结果]住院病人对医疗服务较为满意,总满意度评价(满意为55.2%,一般37.8%,不满意7.0%)。对总满意度和直接医疗服务满意度趋向于满意,特别是对医生工作满意度趋向于满意;对间接医疗服务满意度趋向于不满意,特别是医院收费。[结论]让住院病人感到满意和不满意的领域是不同的,通过不断提升直接医疗服务特别是医生的服务水平,让患者更满意;通过不断改善间接医疗服务特别是医院收费,消除患者的不满意,提高患者满意度,提升医院的社会形象。
[Objective] To explore the inpatients' satisfaction degree of medical services,and provide objective evidence for improving the quality and promoting the health development of medical service. [ Methods] 560 inpatients' in 14 hospitals in Chengdu were investigated by questionair. [ Results] Inpatients were generally satisfied with the medical services. 55.2% inpatients felt satisfied,33.8% felt normal and 7.0% felt dissatisfied. The satisfaction degree of general medical services and direct medical services tended to be satisfied. But that of the indirect medical services was not satisfied. [ Conclusion ] We should improve the quality of direct medical services to increase inpatients' satisfaction degree,as well as improve indirect medical services, espesitally decrease prices of medical services.
