摘要
[目的]探讨唐山市居民体内维生素A水平现状,针对不同人群维生素A缺乏情况提出科学合理的干预措施及膳食指导以提高唐山市居民的身体素质。[方法]用分层按比例抽样的方法抽取城乡居民1 644人,采用微量荧光法测定血清维生素A含量。[结果]城市居民维生素A水平为(2.45±0.96)μmol/L,农村居民维生素A水平为(1.78±0.64)μmol/L,城市高于农村。城市中青年男性维生素A水平高于女性,城市和农村不同年龄组之间差异有统计学意义。少儿维生素A水平较低,尤其是农村少儿亚临床维生素A缺乏所占比例较高(9.66%)。[结论]农村少儿维生素A缺乏较严重,其他年龄段居民体内维生素A水平基本在WHO要求的正常值范围内。
[ Objective] To explore the actuality vitamin A of the Tangshan inhabitants, and suggest the reasonable intervention measurement and diet guidence according to the deficiency level. [Methods] 1 644 persons were randomly sampled with the method of proportionate sampling from Tangshan city and countryside. Serum Vitamin A were detected with fluorescence method. [Results] Vitamin A level of citizens was (2.45 ± 0.96) μmol/L and rural dwellers was (1.78 ± 0.64) μmol/L, which indicated the city dwellers' Vitamin A level was higher than that of rural dwellers. Serum Vitamin A among different age gronps showed significant difference. The chirdren's Vitamin A level was the lowest in total age group, the subclinical Vitamin A deficiency of country children was 9.66%. [ Conclusion] The Vitamin A level of Tangshan inhabitants is in the range of normal values according to the WHO requirement. Vitamin A deficiency of country children is so surious that we should strengthen nutrition in order to control Vitamin A deficiency.
