四川省农村卫生适宜技术推广影响因素的调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF FEAT TECHNIQUE IN HYGIENE IN RURAL DISTRICT OF SICHUAN

[目的]了解和掌握卫生适宜技术推广影响因素,为今后进一步实施我国农村卫生适宜技术的推广工作提供有益的借鉴。[方法]采用分层抽样方法和分类资料统计方法,开展四川省农村卫生适宜技术推广影响因素调查研究。[结果]培训对象满意度为100%。影响适宜技术推广的因素:服务对象较少、条件不具备、技术较花时间、花费较大、担心技术效果等。[结论]农村卫生适宜技术工作应该从组织领导、宣教工作、机制探索、技术筛选、经费投入和配套条件六个方面加以改进。

[Objective] The influencing factors of feat technique expansion m hygiene was investigated in Sichuan to provide a beneficial reference for further putting the demonstration work of feat technique expansion in hygiene in our country into practice. [Methods] The influencing factors of feat technique in hygiene were investigated in Sichuan with the method of the stratified sampling and the categorical data analysis. [ Results] There were no differences between the counties, technique scales and technique categories. The satisfactory degree of trained objects was high. There were several influencing factors such as a few service objects, no conditions, taking time, cosily and caring about technique effects and so on. [Conclusion] We should improve the brganization, publicity and educntion, mechanism, technique screen, fund devotion and correspondence conditions of feat technique in hygiene.
