紫金解毒液活血化瘀实验研究

THE EMPIRICAL STUDY OF ZIJIN DETOXICATING LIQUD ABOUT PROMOTING BLOOD CIRCULATION AND REMOVING BLOOD STASIS

[目的]了解紫金解毒液对动物血液流变学、微循环和静脉血拴形成的影响。[方法]采用实验动物制造血瘀模型,观察紫金解毒液对大鼠血液流变学、大鼠肠系膜微循环和大鼠静脉血栓形成的影响。[结果]该实验能明显升高红细胞压积,降低全血粘度,全血还原粘度,血浆粘度,改善血液流变学;能抑制肾上腺素所致的缩血管反应,改善微循环;能阻滞由结扎静脉所致的血拴形成,减轻静脉系统瘀血。[结论]紫金解毒液具有活血化瘀作用。本品对于血粘度增高的病人,微循环障碍的病人以及血栓栓赛性疾病无疑是有益的。

[Objective] To indentify the influence of ZIJIN Detoxicafing Liquid to animal＇s hemorrheology, microcirculation and the vein thrombosis. [Methods] Experimental animals were utilized to create blood stasis model, then the impact of ZIJIN Detoxicat,ing Liquid to rat＇s hemorrheology, rat＇s mesentery microcireulation and rat＇s vein thrombusis was observed. [ Results] This experiment could obviously step up hematoerit, lower the level of the whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, and plasma viscosity, and improve hemorrheology; it could also restrain the vascular shrinkage reaction caused by the adrenaline, and improve microcirculation ; this experiment could prevent a blockage of thrombosis produced by ligating vein, and reduce stagnant blood of venous system. [Conclusion] The ZIJIN Detoxicating Liquid can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The liquid is beneficial for the patients with high blood viscosity, microcireulation distur- bance and thromboembolic diseases.
