摘要
[目的]为了预防SARS等呼吸系统疾病的传播,初步评价北京某厂新开发试制的第1代流动空气消毒灭菌装置的杀菌效果。[方法]采用郭霍氏经典自然沉降法。[结果]室内空气经流动空气消毒灭菌装置作用30 min后,细菌消亡率为79.57%,污浊空气(4 650 cfu/m3)可以达到空气卫生标准的清洁度(950 cfu/m3)。[结论]流动空气消毒灭菌装置对于非医用房间使用空调时有空气净化作用。
[Objective] In order to prevent the respirotary diseases such as SARS etc. from transmission, we evaluated elementarily the sterilized effect of the flowing-air sterilization apparatus, which was newly developed by one factory in Beijing. [ Methods ] Kock's classical and natural sedimentary method was adopted. [ Results ] Through the effect of flowing-air sterilization apparatus in 30 minutes, the bacteria dissolution rate reached 79.57% , the vitiated air (4 650 cfu/m^3) could be changed into clean air (950 cfu/m^3) , which was the cleaning degree of the hygiene standard. [Conclusion]The flowing-air sterilization apparatus has a certain deputation effect towards non-medical rooms.
