The factors which affected the performance of Ⅵ based test system were analyzed. The author indicated the hardware, software and general performance indexes of Ⅵ based test system and its evaluating methods. Moreover, with the satisfied base performance, the main factors which affected other functions of Ⅵ were mathematical model of the system and the methods to achieve it.
