本文将故障树和模糊数学的方法引入到某机载设备的性能故障诊断中．建立了以诊断矩阵为基础的模糊诊断模型．并实现在计算机上进行故障诊断,从而为机载设备性能故障诊断提供了一种科学而行之有效的方法。

In this paper, we introduced the fault tree and fuzzy mathematical method into the performance fault＇s diagnosis of some airborne equipment, and built a fuzzy diagnosis model that is based on the diagnosis matrix. We realized the fault＇s diagnosis with the computer. Thus we provide a scientific and effective method for the fault diagnosis of the airborne equipment.
