摘要
针对气-固喷射器的两种应用背景,分别考察了其纯气流特性之后,用平均粒径87μm的MBS树脂粉通过试验研究了气-固喷射器的排送料特性。试验着重考察了喷嘴直径、喉嘴距、喉管尺寸及吸入和排出口压力对气-固喷射器工作性能的影响,为工业应用提供了设计数据。
Based on two application backgrounds of gas solid injector,the discharge characteristics of the gas solid injector were studied by using the MBS resin powder with an average grain size of 87μm after its pure gas flow characteristics were respectively inspected.The influences of the nozzle diameter,the distance between the throat and the nozzle,the size of the throat tube,and the pressure of the inlet and the outlet on the performance of the gas solid injector were particularly considered,and some design data were given for industrial applicalion.
