摘要
采用数字样机(DMU)技术对冲压线上的模具进行安装调试仿真和冲压整线运动仿真,可极大地减少现场调试时间和冲压线设计时间,并使冲压安装调试与设计基于科学和数据之上。
The visual kinematic simulations of debugging die and the whole stamping line are described in detail. The application of digital mockup technology in the stamping line has important significance on shortening the online time of debugging and the designing period of stamping line, furthermore , is advantageous to realize the optimal design based on the science and data.
