乙烯球罐用9％Ni钢焊接接头低温JFAC研究

Study of low temperature JFAC of welded joints of 9%Ni steel for spherical ethylene tanis.

分析了９％Ｎｉ钢母材及３类焊接接头的低温失效评定曲线，分别基于弹塑性有限元和ＥＰＲＩ方法建立了ＪＦＡＣ线，并与Ｒ６第３版的通用曲线比较，得出了乙烯球罐缺陷安全评定可以采用通用曲线的结论。

The low temperature failure evaluation curves of 9%Ni steel and three kinds of welded joints were analysed,the JFAC curve was established respectively based on elastic plastic finite element method and the EPRI method,and compared with the common curve in R6 of the third edition.It was concluded that the common curve could be adapted for the failure evaluation of the defects of spherical ethylene tanks.
