摘要
目的探讨胃癌中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、诱导型-氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达及其与胃癌血管生成的关系。方法免疫组织化学SP法检测80例胃癌、癌旁组织手术切除标本MMP-2、iNOS和CD34的表达,并计算微血管密度(MVD)。结果胃癌组织中MMP-2和iNOS的蛋白表达率以及MVD均明显高于癌旁组织。MMP-2和iNOS的表达均与MVD有显著相关性;MMP~2或iNOS表达阳性的胃癌组织其MVD明显高于表达阴性者(P〈0.05)。结论MMP-2和iNOS在胃癌的发生中有协同作用.两者可能共同参与肿瘤血管的形成。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-2) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and the angiogenesis in gastric cancinoma. Method Immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression of MMP-2, iNOS and CD34 in 80 resected speciments of gastric carcinoma and paracancerous tissues. Results The expression of MMP-2, iNOS and CD34 in gastric cancinoma were significantly increased, than the paracancerous tissues. Moreover, MVD in MMP-2 or iNOS-positive speciments was significantly increased, than the negative ones (P 〈0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and iNOS (P 〈0.05). Conclusions MMP-2 and iNOS might produce a synergistic effect during the genesis of gastric carcinoma and be involved in tumorous angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma.
