溴代十六烷吡啶与CTMAB萃取钯的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究溴代十六烷吡啶(RBr)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)以正戊醇为稀释剂萃取钯的性能。结果表明,萃取剂浓度、相比、水相中氯离子浓度对钯的萃取率有较大影响。RBr与CTMAB对钯有协同萃取的作用,RBr和CTMAB总浓度为50mmol.L-1,RBr的摩尔分数为0.8时,协萃系数最大,为18.26。协萃体系对钯的萃取反应很快,在30s内基本达到平衡。钯的饱和萃取容量高于7g.L-1。用8mol.L-1以上的氨水可以高效率地反萃钯。 The performances of hexadecylpyridine bromide(RBr) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) with n-pentanol as diluent for palldium(Ⅱ) extraction are investigated. The experimental results show that the extractant concentration, phase ratio and chloride concentration in aqueous phase have remarkable effect on the palladium (Ⅱ) extraction process. The synergic extraction for palladium appears in the system consisted of RBr and CTMAB. The maximum synergic extraction coefficient 18.26 is achieved at 0.8 molar fraction for hexadecylpyridine bromide with 50mmol·L^-1 total extractant concentration of hexadecylpyridine bromide and CTMAB. The synergic reaction is very fast and the extraction equilibrium is established within 30s. The saturated capacity of the system for palladium(Ⅱ) is more than 7g· L^-1. The palladium in pregnant organic phrase can be effectively stripped with 8 mol· L-1 aqueous ammonia solution.
