摘要
在我国海上油田实施聚合物驱提高采收率是一项具有战略意义的举措,对于海洋石油的发展具有重要意义。在海上油田实施聚合物驱技术面临三大挑战:缺乏淡水资源,常规聚合物不能满足要求;海上平台空间有限,对注聚设备有特殊要求;井网、井距和层系调整困难。文中介绍了针对渤海绥中36-1油田开展的聚合物驱室内研究和矿场试验的情况和效果。聚合物驱技术在绥中36-1油田的成功实施实现了三个重要突破:①首次在国内海上油田开展了聚合物驱矿场试验;②率先以疏水缔合聚合物作为驱油剂进行矿场使用;③取得了单井聚合物驱试验显著的增油效果。实践表明该项技术在海上油田目前生产条件下实施是可行的,对于海上油田聚合物驱技术的应用和推广具有重要的指导意义。
EOR is considered as an important technology for the strategic development of offshore oilfields in China. It faces three big challenges to implement polymer flooding in an offshore oilfield: (1) it is lack of fresh water which leads to conventional polymer could not be used; (2) the surface of platform limits the application scale; (3) it is hard to adjust the well pattern, the well spacing and the well completion for the optimized application requirements. This paper introduces the lab research and the field testing of polymer flooding in SZ 36-1 oilfield. The successful implementation of polymer flooding made three breakthroughs:(1) conducted the first polymer flooding field trail in offshore oilfields in China; (2) applied initially a hydrophobically associating polymer as the driving agent in the field; (3) obtained significant increment of oil in the trail polymer. The practice of a single well injection of indicates the technology is feasible under current production conditions of offshore oilfields which will lead to applications in a larger scale.
