摘要
采用固气反应法制备铁氮化合物吸收剂,研究了工艺参数对产物组成、微波电磁参数的影响,既而确定产物中形成较高比例Fe4N的条件。结果表明:在360℃,3h反应条件下,产物中Fe4N质量分数最高,为45%;反应时间不变,产物介电常数随反应温度升高而增加,磁导率则相反;反应温度不变,产物磁导率随反应时间的增加而降低;产物经分散处理后制得的吸波材料反射率优于处理前,在11.67GHz处,可达-11.18dB。
The nitriding particles were synthesized by the solid-gas reaction method. The effects of the process parameters on the products were investigated to obtain more Fe4N. The results show that more Fe4N (45%) is gained at 360℃, 3h. When nitriding time keeps constant, the permeability in creases as increasing temperatures, while the permittivity reverses. When nitriding temperature keeps constant, the permittivity fall as increasing the time. The absorbing properties become better by mean of dispersion and the reflectivity reach -11.18 at 11.67GHz.
