摘要
目的分析左旋氧氟沙星凝胶联合体的体外抗结核作用和介入治疗的安全性分析。方法利用最小抑菌(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)法测定左旋氧氟沙星单体与左旋氧氟沙星药物凝胶的抗结核效果,同时,用家兔经支气管介入注药的试验。结果左旋氧氟沙星凝胶对H37,Rv标准株、牛型结核分枝杆菌、草分枝杆菌MIC值分别为0.5、0.5和1.0mg/L,MBC值分别为1.0、1.0和1.5mg/L;左旋氧佛沙星凝胶与左旋氧氟沙星单体MIC、MBC值无显著差异;家兔动物实验表明该药无任何副作用。结论左旋氧氟沙星凝胶具有与左旋氧氟沙星单体相同的抗结核菌药效,介入用药以1.0-1.5mg/L为宜。
Objective To observe effect of Levofloxacin gel against Mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro and safty of bronchial intervention therapy. Methods The MIC and MBC of Levofloxaein and Levofloxacin gel were measured by handwork and instrument methods, the safety of Levofloxacin gel was assessed by bronchial intervention therapy using rabbits as experiment animals. Results The MIC of Levofloxacin gel to M.tubereulo H37Rv, M.boris and M.phlei was 0.5,0.5 and 1.0 mg/L; the MBC of that was 1.0 ,1 .0 and 1.5 mg/L respectively. The MIC and MBC of Levofloxacin gel and Levofloxacin had no significant difference without any harmful effect. Conclusion the effect of Levofloxacin gel and Levofloxacin against Mycobacterium tuberculosis was equivalent, carbomer in the formulation did not affect the activity of Levofloxacin against Mycobacterium tuberculosis; meanwhile Levofloxacin gel which contains carbomer was safe in bronchial intervention therapy.
