冷循环射频消融治疗恶性肿瘤的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨冷循环射频消融治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法对60例原发性肝癌、肝转移癌、肺癌等恶性肿瘤进行射频治疗,术后定期复查彩超、CT、MIR和肿瘤标志物等,观察治疗效果。结果60例病人治疗后达到CR27例(45.0%),PR25例(41.7%),总有效率(CR+PR)为86.7%,半年生存率100%,无严重并发症发生。结论射频消融对多种实体恶性肿瘤是一种安全的微创治疗技术,为晚期肿瘤综合治疗的一种有效方法。 Objective: To explore the indication and the effect of cool - tip radiofrequency ablation treatment for malignant tumor. Methods:Sixty cases of malignant tumor (liver neoplasms, lung neoplasms, etc) were treated with cool-tip radiofrequency ablation. Resets: The overall response rate was 86. 7% and complete response rate was 45.0% (27/60), the partial response rate was 41.7% (25/60) ;the overall 1/2 year survival rate was 100% and without serious complications. Conclusion: Cool - tip radiofrequency ablation is a kind of minimally invasive method and safe especially useful for combined therapy of advanced malignant tumors.
