The property,use and toxicity of the rodenticide Talon have been related,the detailed process condition and operating method for phenylacetyl chloride,4 bromodipheny1,4 hydroxycoumarin to synthesizing Talon have been discussed,and the brief results of analysis and biological effectiveness experiment are reported. \ \
