中国—东盟“M”型区域经济合作战略的探讨

2006年7月20日，在南宁举办的环北部湾经济合作论坛上，广西壮族自治区党委书记刘奇葆提出了中国-东盟“M”型区域合作战略的构想。提出这一构想有其深刻的时代背景，是新时期中国与东盟次区域合作在理论和实践上的深化和发展，对中国与东盟的区域合作有着现实和长远的指导意义。

On July 20th,2006, in the forum on economic cooperation of north pale held in Nanning,Liu Qibao, secretary of Communist Party of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region proposed an＂M＂strategic concept of regional cooperation between China and ASEAN. The concept has its special background. In modern time,it is a deepening and development in theory and reality for China-ASEAN sub-regional cooperation,and is significant for China-ASEAN regional cooperation.
