A Preliminary Study of Tourism Crisis Monitoring in Singapore

摘要当前，频繁发生的各种危机给以旅游业为代表的各种敏感产业带来了巨大的威胁，尤其是1997年的亚洲金融危机、2001年美国的“9·11”事件和英国的口蹄疫、2003年的“非典”疫情、印尼巴厘岛爆炸案和美伊战争等危机事件已经给旅游业带来了巨大的冲击和损失。本文主要从亚洲金融危机、“9·11”事件、“非典”几次较大的危机来分析新加坡应对旅游危机的管理措施，从中分析出可以借鉴的东西。 Based on an systematic analysis of the tourism crisis in Singapore and its effective anti-crisis measure, this paper is to stress the importance of tourism crisis monitoring system and its key role in decreasing the negative influence of tourism crisis.
