人与环境——如何重新解读中国哲学的“天人合一”理念

源于西方社会的“环境伦理革命”使人们把目光投向了中国哲学的“天人合一”理念。但是,中国传统哲学的“天人合一”理念并没有把自然物纳入道德关怀。因此,必须对“天人是一”、“天人相分”和“天人合一”三个命题进行重新诠释,以阐明“人”和“天”的关系,实际上是人和环境的关系。人与环境本来是不可分割的一体存在,整个世界就是“我(大我)”本身,只是由于人的“自我意识”的作用才有所谓人(小我)与环境的区分和对立。所以,追求与环境的协调和统一正是作为能动者的人的行为的应当。

It is the functions of the self-consciousness of human being that make them separating themselves to the environment. So making the human being and the environment in a harmonious state ought to be the duty of the human being.
