摘要
本文介绍了一系列螺栓连接的冷成型钢结构的结构性能的试验和理论研究。首先,研究了搭接剪切试验中冷成型钢条之间螺栓连接的基本变形特性,并采用了包含实体单元和接触单元的高等有限元建模作为对比。其次,介绍了带有螺栓抗弯连接的搭接Z型截面的结构性能,对搭接Z型截面的强度和刚度做了解析方法和数值方法的评估。最后,采用数值方法对双跨搭接Z型檩条的结构性能进行了研究,考察了跨越内部支座的搭接Z型截面对于沿檩条构件内力分布的影响。本文意在提供分析和设计方法,以便于结构工程师理解,使他们能够设计和建造出结构性能更好的冷成型钢结构房屋。
This paper presents a number of experimental and theoretical investigations into the structural behaviour of coldformed steel structures with bolted connections. Firstly, the basic deformation characteristics of bolted fastenings between cold-formed steel strips in lap shear tests is described, and advanced finite element modelling with solid elements as well as contact elements is carried out for comparison. Secondly, the structural behaviour of lapped Z sections with bolted moment connections is reported, and both analytical and numerical predictions on strength and stiffness of lapped Z sections are presented. Finally, the structural performance of double span lapped Z purlins is investigated numerically where the effects of lapped Z sections over internal supports on the internal force distributions along the purlin members are examined. The description is intended to provide both analysis and design methods as well as understandings to structural engineers, enabling them to design and build cold-formed steel structures rationally with improved structural performance.
