摘要
目的观察循序渐进疗法对脑卒中后Pusher症的治疗效果。方法选择脑卒中后Pusher症患者48例,分循序渐进组30例,常规康复组18例,两组均接受每日1次,每周5次的治疗。治疗后以患者能否独立行走和所需时间来评价效果。结果两组治疗后循序渐进组独立行走率显著高于常规康复组(P<0.05),所需时间平均短8周。结论循序渐进对脑卒中后Pusher症有显著的疗效。
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Step by step technique on Pusher syndrome after stroke. Methods Forty-eight eases of Pusher syndrome after stroke were divided into two groups： step by step techniques group（n=30） ,and routine rehabilitation group（n=18）.all the patients were treated one time everyday and five days every week. After treatment all patients were evaluated by walking alone.and the length they can walk alone. Results The ratio of independent ambulation of step by step group after treatment was significantly higher than that of routine rehabilitation group（ P〈0,05 ）, and 8 weeks shorter than that in routine rehabilitation group, Conclusion This method of Steps by estep techniques has obvious therapeutic effect on the patient of Pusher syndrome after stroke.
