食道下段血肿误诊1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，62岁。烟草收购员退休。因3月前出现不明原因的进行性吞咽困难，伴胸骨后不适及阵发性疼痛，并放射至背部。饮酒（0．5～1．0kg／d）、吸烟（20-40支／d）史40多年，平素嗜好过热饮食。既往患支气管哮喘、高血压分别为25年、10年。就诊当地多家医院均考虑为食道癌。随后于2002年7月赴省级两家医院就诊。查体：BP150／90mmHg，神萎、消瘦，全身未扪及浅表肿大淋巴结，无特殊阳性体征引出。
