论述了陡岭子水电站工程建设管理的指导思想,以及在质保体系、统筹安排、成本控制、安全措施和环境保护等方面的经验,工程建设达到了优质、节省、高效、安全的预期目标。
The guide lines of construction management of Doulingzi Hydropower Station and the experiences with quality assurance system, cost control, safeguard and environmental protection are described; the desired objective of this project （high quality and efficiency, safety and saving expenses） is achieved.
