有机磷农药中毒并发急性胰腺炎31例报告

Report of AOPP associate with acute pancreatitis of patients

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒患者合并急性胰腺炎(Acute Pancreatitis,AP)的原因、诊断及治疗。方法急性有机磷农药中毒出现急性胰腺炎31例,其中轻症AP(M AP)26例,重症AP(SAP)5例,合并中间综合征(IM S)3例,除按常规有机磷农药中毒及胰腺炎治疗外,2例手术治疗。结果30例病人治愈,1例因合并重症胰腺炎及中间综合征死亡。结论有机磷农药中毒合并急性胰腺炎及早诊断、正确治疗,是治疗成败的关键。

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of acute organophosphorous pesticides poisoning （AOPP）associate with acute pancreatitis （AP）.Methods there are 26 mile acute pancreatitis （MAP）,5 severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） cases, associate with Intermediate syndrome in 3 cases. Besides routine therapy, 2 of them were treated with opreation. Results In 31 patients, 30 were cured , 1 patient died attribute to complications, including SAP and Intermediate Syndrome （IMS）. Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment of AOPP associate with AP was critical.
