加替沙星和左氧氟沙星治疗耐多药肺结核的临床对比观察被引量：3

摘要近年来，耐多药肺结核有增多趋势，喹诺酮类药物作为治疗复治结核主要药物之一，近几年受到关注，其中加替沙星抗结核杆菌作用较强。我们对耐多药肺结核病人分别选择含加替沙星和左氧氟沙星方案共治疗89例，进行临床对比研究，现报告如下。
