组织工程技术在小儿泌尿外科中的应用

摘要 目前小儿泌尿外科疾病治疗的难点仍是复杂先天性畸形的矫治。对于先天性组织缺失,需对其进行修复重建,修复材料首选自身泌尿脏器来源,自体泌尿系组织是泌尿外科重建术中的最佳替代材料。但在许多情况下其来源十分有限,需要用自身其他组织来进行替代。既往常采用自体健康组织(如皮肤、黏膜、胃肠道等)进行修复重建,这种方法不仅使供区造成新的缺损,增加创伤且存在着一定的并发症。
