The first acid cleaning process of large boiler with movable cleaning truck was introduced. The truck had two main advantages: installment work was easy and connection was simple. The stuck could be used to different place for many times, it only occupied a little area, required a little maintainment and a small amount of investment. The pump of the truck could resist corrosion and sealed hermetically. These characters ensured the boiler was cleaned successfully. The experimences and faults in the process were summed up, this helped us use the truck in more cleaning process.
