摘要
针对集聚纺设备结构和集聚元件的不同,在实际纺纱过程中,因中空多孔大罗拉、网格圈、多孔胶圈、吸管的损耗存在着明显差异的现状,指出由于集聚元件的变形、老化、损坏、更换周期不同,对棉纱质量影响也明显不同,以立达公司的COM4型集聚纺设备的成纱质量最稳定,比其他公司设备每锭每年节约集聚元件消耗费约50元。
Due to the equipment structural difference and varieties of the compact spinning elements, there is a marked difference of consumption of hollowed big rollers,lattice, multi-orifices aprons and suction tubes. Conclusion is made that deformation, age, damage of compact spinning elements plus difference of substitution intervals will result in marked impact on spinning quality. The COM4 equipment by Rieter company is most stable in yarn quality compared with other conventional equipments,with annual economy of 50 yuan of compact spinning elements per spindle.
