概述了奥朴－Ⅰ号消毒液的杀菌机理，进行了毒性、生物降解性、定量杀菌性、稳定性、对金属铝片的腐蚀性以及有机物对其杀菌效果的影响等试验。经医院实际应用表明，该消毒液杀菌消毒性能良好，且兼有清洁作用。

In this article the sterilization mechanism of the Aopu-I liquid disinfectant is analysed.Tests are made respectively for its toxicity, biodegradability, quantitative sterilization,stability and corrosivity on aluminum folils. Tests are also made to observe the influence of organic chemicals on the sterilization effects.Application in hospitals shows this disinfectant provides good performance of sterilization and also has satisfactory sanitation effect.
