从源远流长的儒家文化视角,简要分析了儒家文化与企业家精神的关系,指出用儒家文化塑造当代企业家精神的意义,提出了当代企业家精神应具备的五项内容。

The relationship between the Confucian culture and enterpriser spirit is analyzed on basis of the long history of Confucian culture. The meaning of creating the contemporary enterpriser spirit with the soul of Confucian culture is pointed out. The contents of the contemporary enterpriser spirit are presented.
