摘要
在许多输电线路工程施工中,受跨越障碍物多、青赔政策处理难度大、费用高及地形复杂等外部环境因素的影响,传统架线施工工艺已不能适应施工环境的需要。而靠遥控飞艇、遥控航模及动力伞等新的放线工艺是近年来逐步认可的方法,并且在技术、经济评价中显示出优越性,在将来的1 000 kv、±800 kV特高压电网建设中具有一定的推广意义。青海送变电工程公司在三峡外送重点工程——±500 kV蔡白线F3标段施工中应用遥控飞艇放线技术,有效满足了施工安全、进度要求,大大减少了青赔数量,节约了成本,加大了环保力度。本文对该遥控飞艇放线施工方法、工艺进行了详细介绍。
During the transmission line construction, the traditional technology of overhead line could not meet the needs of the construction environment. It is affected by the external environmental factor such as numerous barriers, the difficult compensatory process for crops, high expense and complicated landform and so on. The craft which depends on the remote-controlled airboat and aeromodelling or the power parachute is gradually approved the advantages in both technical way and the economic way. It is worthy to be extended in the construction of 1000kV and ±800kV extra-high voltage network. Qinghai Power Transmission & Transformation Engineering Company applies the paying-off technology with remote-controlled airboat in the construction of ±500kV Caibai line F3 bidding section, the key power sending project of Sanxia. It satisfies the demand of the construction security and the progress effectively, reduces the pay for crops and the cost and intensified the force of environmental protection. The construction method and technology using remote-controlled airboat paying off is introduced in details.
