摘要
基于陕西省电力公司在榆林市“十一五”期间的整体发展战略思想,结合榆林市国民经济发展及电力发展的基本需求,围绕陕西省电力公司与榆林市政府“十一五”电网发展会谈纪要,针对榆林地区目前供电现状,论述了标杆管理在榆林供电公司定位与发展中的应用。
On basis of the development strategy of Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation in Yulin and with combination of the needs of national economy and power developments, the meaning of realizing the whole development strategy of Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation in Yulin respect to the principle of benchmarking management is presented and suggestions to that are provided according to the current power supply conditions in Yulin district.
